Upright meaning
Eight wands fly across the sky. What was stalled suddenly moves fast, and calls, travel and decisions arrive in a short window. Get on while the current is quick.
If it were reversed
It is so fast that things are being missed. Crossed messages, something sent too soon — read it once more before you press send.
