Upright meaning
A merchant weighing the scales to divide exactly — the card where giving and receiving come into balance. You will receive support, a bonus or help, or be in a position to give. Generosity circulates.
If it were reversed
The favour comes with an invoice. Whether you receive or give, check the power relation hiding behind the scales.
